Container Loading Supervision

No matter where the goods are loaded, our cargo inspectors can come to your designated location to guide and supervise the whole loading process. Ensure that your goods into the container intact and reasonably fixed, for the safe delivery of goods to the destination to provide a strong guarantee.

The process of container monitoring service is as follows:

1. Record weather conditions, container arrival time, container number and licence plate number.
2.Carry out container fitness inspection before loading, check whether the structure of the container is damaged, whether the seal is good, whether the interior is dry and clean and whether there is any residual odour.

3.Verify the number and type of products to be loaded and check the outer packaging.

4.According to the shape and size of the outer box of the goods, supervise the loading to make use of the space and avoid extrusion of the goods, and make reasonable fixation of the necessary parts to prevent the goods from being damaged by the bumps during the transport.

5.Supervise the whole process of loading containers, ensure that the correct tools and methods are used in the handling process, and ensure that the goods are reasonably stacked and properly weighted.
6.When loading mixed containers (more than two types of goods in one container), ensure that the quality of the goods does not affect each other (compatibility check).
7.After the goods are fully loaded into the container and reasonably secured, seal the container with lead and record it.
